We give to our products and logically do our best to deliver it to you in top condition. Yet it sometimes happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens so that you can claim a guarantee. On the basis of European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that within a period of two years after the delivery of the goods comes to light if this is a new product. You can have additional rights based on Dutch law.
If you discover or hear a lack of the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period of time. A reasonable period is at least two months. Under certain circumstances, a period of more than two months can also be acceptable.
If you contact us in time, we will ensure a free repair or replacement.
It can always happen that something is not entirely as planned. We recommend that you manage complaints first by emailing to email@example.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to sign up complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet proceeding elsewhere, it is free to deposit your complaint via the European Union platform.
