We can provide all products. You can choose which delivery options are possible at what rates. For questions you can mail to info@industrialhunters.nl. All items are sent via Package Post of Post NL or via our own carrier / Blitz. After you have placed an order you choose the Pay with Ideal option. After the amount has been received, the order will be sent within 5 working days. If you have ordered a large item what is delivered by our own carrier, we expect a helping hand when unloading. Should a product go to one floor, ask for the conditions and rates via email, telephone or whatsapp.

To take off:
All items can be picked up in the shed on Monday and Saturday, or by appointment. Contact us to make an appointment via info@industrialhunters.nl.
Only after an appointment is planned you will be confirmed. The ordered items are placed separately up to a maximum of 2 weeks after payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. After this period, the right to delivery will lapse.
In the shed you can check out per pin, cash or via the website.
Articles that are collected can also be paid in advance. The amount can be transferred to the account number below or you can pay via the website. If the full amount has been received, the order can be retrieved.

Returns:
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without a statement of reason. You have 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the web store are for your own account. These costs amount to at least 6.95 per postNL package, refer to the website of your carrier for the exact rates or contact if this is a larger package. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to Industrial Hunters. To use this right you can contact us via info@industrialhunters.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return if the product has already been received in good order.
Industrial Hunters reserves the right to refuse returns or to reimburse only part of the amount if the suspicion is that the products have been used or damaged by the customer or third parties.
